Welcome to Invensa. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our Smart Hotel Inventory Management System and related services. By accessing or using Invensa, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
1. Definitions
Invensa” refers to our software, website, mobile applications, support, documentation, and related services.
User,” “You,” or “Your” refers to any person or entity using Invensa’s services.
“We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to the Invensa team.
2. Use of Service
You must be at least 18 years old to use Invensa.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and using the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempts to hack, modify, or reverse engineer the platform.
3. Subscription & Payment
Invensa operates on a subscription-based model.
Payments are due according to your selected plan and billing cycle.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written agreement.
4. Data & Privacy

6. Service Availability
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may perform scheduled maintenance or updates, which may temporarily affect availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
Invensa is provided “as is” without any warranties.
We are not liable for any losses, damages, or disruptions arising from your use of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of Invensa after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
For material changes, we will notify you via email or within the platform prior to them taking effect.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Zurich, Switzerland.
